Two-Stage Refrigeration Compressor

With the adoption of new refrigerants and high-speed bearing technology, the design of high-speed, high-performance refrigeration compressors is customized. This includes the integration of imported adjustable guide vanes (IGV) to achieve efficient operation across multiple cooling capacity conditions.

Solution

In response to the customer’s needs, a feasibility analysis, overall refrigeration cycle analysis, multi-stage compression system selection, aerodynamic component optimization design, and axial force analysis of sealing structures were conducted to develop a customized refrigeration compressor that meets customer requirements.
