High-Temperature Coke Oven Gas Waste Heat Power Generation Retrofit

To further enhance the recovery of waste heat from high-temperature coke oven gas, aerodynamic blade shape modifications are required for the existing axial-flow units. This is to meet new environmental demands and improve energy efficiency indicators.

Solution

In response to the customer’s needs, a feasibility analysis, overall cycle analysis, axial turbine selection, aerodynamic component optimization design, strength analysis, and rotor dynamics analysis were carried out to develop a customized expander that meets the customer’s requirements.
